This deposit will be forfeited for all no-shows unless you contact us more than 24hrs prior to your arrival time. Once services are completed your deposit will be deducted from the final expenses.
EXAMPLE: If you have a dog spay/neuter appointment scheduled for July 15th (check-in begins at 7:30am) you must contact us prior to 7:30am on July 14th to receive a refund for your deposit.
