WHY IS SPAY AND NEUTER SO IMPORTANT?

Over 6.3 MILLION unwanted/unplanned births, that could have otherwise been prevented, are projected as a direct result of the nearly three month COVID-19 moratorium on spay/neuter services across the country.

Pet overpopulation is the number one reason for euthanasia of adoptable dogs and cats in the United States. These innocent animals are at risk for ending up in already full animal shelters.

How can you help?

With your donation, we can continue to provide critical, low-cost subsidized spay/neuter and wellness services for loving pet owners, our rescue partners, and other local animal welfare organizations. This holiday season give the gift of spay and neuter. Prevention saves lives!

Please join us in our efforts to provide affordable accessible spay/neuter and wellness services to the communities we serve. As you may know, many of our clients have limited incomes, often forcing them to make heartbreaking decisions when it comes to their pets, not from lack of love and commitment but lack of access to resources. Pet parents should not be forced to choose between paying a bill and providing the care that their pets need.

We believe that spay/neuter is the most effective way to reduce pet overpopulation, therefore removing the need for euthanasia of adoptable pets. By supporting us, we can continue to provide critical, low-cost, subsidized spay/neuter and wellness services for loving pet owners and significantly reduce the number of pets being taken to the animal shelter and ultimately euthanized.

In the time it took you to read this page 5 animals were euthanized in the U.S. due to lack of space. If we don’t act soon that number could be as high as 23 animals.

It’s not too late!

We thank you in advance for your thoughtful donation. Rest assured EVERY DOLLAR counts and will provide much needed preventative veterinary care to our furry companions
